Out of the 500 collars, 237 had issues, placing the burden of quality verification on the customer, which is both unreasonable and exhausting. After dedicating significant time and effort to this task, my hands were sore, and I found myself unable to continue. While I found Nicole to be personable and accommodating, it is clear that her priorities lie with the company's interests rather than those of the customer. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience, and I will not be doing business with them again. I urge potential customers to consider these factors before placing their orders.
